The housing industry is more than you think. The industry includes careers in housing finance, real-estate, FinTech, building and construction, and more. Renters and homeowners are changing, skewing younger and more diverse than ever before. There is a need to meet the housing needs of historically underserved markets, many of which have unique challenges that may be unfamiliar to the housing industry’s current workforce.
